Delete account

How to delete your TalkAgent account and all your data.

Option 1: from the app or the web panel (immediate)

If you can sign in, this is the fastest way:

• Mobile app: Settings → scroll down to "Delete account", type your business name to confirm, and tap "Delete my account".
• Web panel: sign in at app.talkagent.app, on your account card (at the top) scroll down to "Delete account", type your business name to confirm, and click "Delete my account".

Deletion is immediate and doesn't require waiting for a reply from our team.

Option 2: by email (if you can't sign in)

Email us at hi@cellartech.net from the email address you registered with, asking us to delete your account. We confirm and delete your account manually, usually within 5 business days.

What gets deleted

• Your business account (name, email, password)
• All WhatsApp conversations and their message history
• Documents uploaded to train your agent
• Product catalog and order history
• Your active subscription is canceled as part of the process

Your WhatsApp Business number isn't automatically disconnected from Meta/Twilio — it's still yours, and you can keep using it outside TalkAgent or connect it to another platform.

Data retention

Once the account is deleted, your data is permanently removed from our systems, except for what we're legally required to keep (for example, tax records of payments already processed). More detail in our Privacy policy.
